Résumé

This report summarizes my end-of-studies internship at AWS, within the Blu Age team. The project focused on modernizing the OMF application for the company Old Mutual in South Africa, aiming to migrate 310,000 lines of RPG AS/400 code to Java, while preserving existing business functionalities. The main stages of the project included analyzing existing systems, debugging, and optimizing test cases. The purpose of this modernization was to reduce maintenance costs, improve scalability, and foster innovation. This report details the methodologies and technologies used, as well as the results achieved. This experience allowed me to develop advanced technical skills and strengthen my ability to work in a team within a fast-evolving technological environment.
