Résumé

Extreme heat events are increasingly common and have strong impacts on marine biodiversity. To detect marine heat waves, it is therefore necessary to be able to evaluate the temperature in relation to a reference state, defined for each point (longitude, latitude) in the sea -here the mediterranean sea- and each day of the year. By using a precise definition of a heat wave, we can therefore understand the periods and areas affected by these oceanographic phenomena, in the surface but also in the water column thanks to in situ data. The number of days affected by marine heat waves is increasing, and it is therefore interesting to examine the impact of the temperature trend (which has been increasing enormously in the Mediterranean over the last 20 years) on the detection of heatwaves. To do this, we use methods that allow us to decompose the signals into different components: the singular spectral analysis method and the x-11 method, a filtering method.
