Résumé
This internship report documents my one-month professional experience as an operator in a hotel in Japan. I delved into Japanese work culture, discovered the intricacies of hotel management, and gained practical skills. While I regretted not exploring the industry further in France, this immersion allowed me to appreciate the significance of well-being at work and enriched my intercultural understanding.
