Abstract
In this research internship report, our main objective is to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of 3D printing technology to encourage its adoption in the construction industry. To achieve this, the reference model used is a traditional cast concrete wall, which will be transformed into an undulating wall. Our study is divided into two parts : mechanical performance, where we aim to maintain it by modifying various geometric parameters, and the environmental impact of this structure. If the new 3D-printed design demonstrates mechanical performance comparable to that of the traditional wall while reducing environmental impact, this technique can be considered effective. Otherwise, improvements will be necessary to achieve the desired objectives.
