Abstract
The influence of induction loops on the response of the road structure under traffic is still completely unknown. The objective of this project is therefore to determine to what extent the addition of a rubber induction loop will modify the behavior of the roadway under the effect of traffic. To do so, the study focuses on the response of a road sample to a 3-point bending test in order to numerically model the behavior of this assembly. The subject of this internship was more precisely structured around the instrumentation of these tests in order to extract as much useful data as possible for modelling. This internship has thus led to a functional, reproducible, and conclusive instrumentation method regarding the results obtained.
