Abstract
In the rapidly evolving financial services sector, the efficiency and accuracy of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes are paramount. Traditional KYC methodologies, characterized by labor-intensive and manual data verification, often result in extended client onboarding times and high rejection rates. This project introduces an automated KYC check system powered by Generative AI (GenAI). The system employs state-of-the-art technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced data extraction methods, and robust integration frameworks. By automating key components—such as document verification, financial credential checks, and business activity reporting—the system significantly reduces the time required for onboarding new clients and enhances the identification of potential issues early in the process. This report encapsulates the project’s objectives, scope, technical requirements, and implementation details. It also addresses the challenges encountered and the solutions implemented, providing insights into the system’s impact on KYC processes.
