Abstract
This report describes deviation methods that exploit the characteristics of MIMO transmission to estimate the azimuth of a target. The use case to be covered mainly concerns direction estimation of targets with similar characteristics (distance to radar, radial velocity, etc.), as might be the case for a drone swarm. A study on the use of deconvolution algorithms to improve radar angular resolution is presented.
