Abstract
The main purpose of this report is to give a new method to detect the clouds using the Spinning Enhancer Visible and Infrared Imager (SEVIRI) data on board the Météosat Second Generation (MSG) satellite, and to correct the effect of these clouds on the land surface temperature values (LST). This new method use the data high frequency to obtain LST maps without the clouds, and cloud cover maps every 15 minutes.
