Abstract
Quality Control in gas industry is a costly but necessary activity. It relies on meetings with suppliers, workshop inspections, test reports… As a new World Business Unit, Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions has to face the disparity of local standards. These differences, by raising inconsistency of quality control requirements, are a risk for leading multi-center projects. The internship at the Quality Control department in Champigny Center was not only about merging inspection standards. It was also an opportunity to rethink a whole part of the inspection process. Particularly, one of the contributions was the implementation of criticality levels of equipment in inspection standard plans.
