Abstract
In response to an international nuclear context facing project management and compliance with safety requirements difficulties, a new standard of Quality and Safety Management (NSQ-100) was developed by the Nuclear Quality Standard Association (NQSA) according to ISO 9001 scheme while integrating the main requirements of the nuclear industry. The internship aimed to assist NQSA’s General Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Gabin, in the management of this project in order to promote this standard on a global level.
