Abstract
This project take place within IMS Shipyard at Saint-Mandrier (83), who is a maintenance and repair specialist for yachts. This report deal with the job of project manager who is in charge with the technical break management. It submit a presentation of the yacht maintenance loop with the yachting specificities. It’s a complex job with a multitude of interlocutors on the same project, due to the boating world and technical or commercial challenges. The yacht maintenance is an integral part of marine engineering with specific practices.
