Abstract
This report aims to explain our missions carried out within the PMO department, it highlights our participation during the development of the collaborative platform Trace One Network: this participation comes down to the completion of acceptance tests on this platform, tests have been applied on the payment and billing part. This report also explains the automation of the calendar billing process by implementing a new Zuora billing software.
