Abstract
The present report constructs a mathematical model to anomalous diffusion of particles in the atmosphere. After presenting the existing physical models, we present different attempts to fit the data from Copenhagen experiment to a model broadly inspired by the density function of a fractional Brownian motion. A theoretical opening is given to explain why a mathematical model could be much more interesting and useful than a physical one.
