Abstract
During this study, we focus on the analytical modeling to characterize blade-tower interaction noise by using Curle's theorem. First, experiments are performed in the anechoic chamber of ENSTA Paris, and the experimental setup is composed f a rotor with motor who can simulate our physical situation. The 32 pressure taps is mounted on the tower wall for pressure measurement and the radiated noise is measured by a microphone during the blade passage. As in the situation of low Mach number rotating machines, the experimental data can be distinguished between tonal and wide band noise components. Thus, it's possible to use the Curle's theorem to calculate the radiated sound pressure from the data of wall pressure measured, both in the time and frequency domains. Finally, we finished an simple interpolation and look at the results calculated by Matlab, comparing the data of microphone.
