This internship’s purpose is to improve the quality of 4G tests’ results’. These tests are performed almost every evening without much human intervention. All files resulting from these tests become available within Sequans’ servers. In a test, two cells emit a certain signal, one being constant, the other one being sinusoidal, and a modem has to choose the one cell emitting the most powerful signal at each instant. It therefore has to perform cell reselections when a cell’s signal becomes more powerful than the other one’s. This test used to be considered as successful based on the amount of cell reselections that happenend during itself, which had to equal a precise number. The feature I added must be able to judge the quality of these cell reselections, and of both cells’ power measurement, making the success criteria more precise.
