Abstract

This internship report is organized into three main parts. It first introduces the Eco Hameau Saint François in which I performed my internship. This part details the history and the layout of the hamlet but also the different activities of the structure and my assigned tasks. The second part presents the organisation between the hamlet workers and their management method. Finally, the last part makes an assessment of the social experience I had during this associative internship and a reflection on the engineer's job.
